Camomile tea... heaps of it! Also sometimes with a bag of peppermint thrown in too, Janet. NSW.

 


taking time out to do something you enjoy


going for a walk in nature, and breathing in fresh air, mindfully taking long deep breaths.


I find that when I am super anxious about certain things like huge exams or plane flights, I use Rescue Remedy. For some reason it works for me. I don't know if it is mind of matter but I do anything to try and settle the nerves.
